Each product page includes detailed size charts to help you find the perfect fit. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our charts before ordering. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we suggest sizing up for comfort, especially since many costumes may be worn over regular clothing.
Are your costumes officially licensed Disney products?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your costumes to you as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t yet been processed for shipping.

We ship globally to bring fun to customers worldwide! However, due to logistical constraints, we’re currently unable to ship to Asia and some remote areas.

Standard Shipping ($12.95): via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 days after shipment
Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 days after shipment

We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. This includes carefully picking, packing, and preparing your costume for shipment.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your costume’s journey right to your doorstep!
What if I need my costume by a specific date?
We recommend ordering well in advance of your event, considering both our processing time (1-2 business days) and the shipping times. For urgent needs, choose our Standard Shipping option for faster delivery.
