That’s why we’ve created a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy to keep the magic alive!
Our Return Policy
We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by your original order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Hair & Headpieces (for hygiene reasons)
- Jewelry & Boas (due to their intimate nature)
- Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Products without original tags or packaging
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to begin your return or exchange:

- Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
- Package your items securely with the original packaging
- Include the completed returns form (see template below)

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Exchange Process
Want to exchange for a different size or style? No worries! Follow the same return process above and include a note specifying what you’d like to exchange for. We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return. If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
