Pricing & Availability

We work our magic to get your costumes to you as quickly as possible!

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping (A$12.95): We use DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over A$50 via EMS with delivery within 15-25 days after dispatch

Shipping Limitations

While we ship worldwide, we cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can follow your magical package’s journey!

5. Returns & Exchanges

While we strive for perfection, we understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit for your adventure. That’s why we’ve created a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy to keep the magic alive!

Return Period

We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.

Return Conditions

All returned items must be:

• In original, unused condition
• With all original tags attached
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by your original order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our magical customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Hair & Headpieces (for hygiene reasons)
• Jewelry & Boas (due to their intimate nature)
• Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Products without original tags or packaging

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange
3. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
4. Package your items securely with the original packaging
5. Include the completed returns form

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different size or style? No worries! Follow the same return process and include a note specifying what you’d like to exchange for. We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return.
